Brown Butter Blondies

Have you ever made brown butter? The first few times I made it, I took it off of the burner too quickly. I didn't let it cook long enough. I was afraid of burning it. Don't be afraid! Watch this video, and I'll share a tip on how to know when the butter is ready to come off of the heat.
