Bake Along (07): Candy Bark

Candy Bark is so easy to make. It's fun and a way to let your creativity shine. Really, the hardest part is waiting long enough to let it chill. Trust me. It's worth the wait. We tried eating mine before it was fully chilled and the white chocolate was soft and bendy. I put it in the fridge overnight and it changed into lovely, bark.

You can make bark with just about any combinations you can dream up. Use white, dark, semi-sweet, or milk chocolate as your base. Then add your mix-in toppings. I used white chocolate, pistachios, dried apricots, and dried cherries.
